Payment terms are established through your partner agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INARAOPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InaraOps from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • You may export your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the retention period
  • Outstanding fees remain payable

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
